At Mindsight Counselling Services Inc., we are committed to providing a safe and confidential space that allows individuals, families and couples an opportunity to experience growth and embrace change through therapy. We believe the therapeutic relationship plays a vital role in achieving successful outcomes in counselling. Our approach to psychotherapy is warm, strength-based and collaborative. Our practice draws upon multiple therapeutic modalities and we tailor our interventions to meet our client’s unique needs and goals.

MCS provides services for children and adolescents (11 years of age and up) and adults.
