As a therapist, I strive to create a safe and non-judgmental space where clients can explore their thoughts and feelings. I believe in the importance of fostering a strong therapeutic alliance built on trust and empathy. My approach is integrative, drawing on techniques from cognitive-behavioral therapy, mindfulness, and psychodynamic frameworks, tailored to meet the unique needs of each individual. I am particularly passionate about working with clients experiencing anxiety, depression, and trauma, and I am committed to helping them develop coping strategies that empower them to take control of their narratives.
My chosen path of expertise is in the field of Eating Disorders, having trained under Jennifer White from Paragon Psychological Services. Additionally, I am employed as Rehabilitation Service Specialist (RSS) with Veterans Affairs via WCG – Partners in Canadian Veterans Rehabilitation Services. As an RSS, I collaborate with Veterans to create a multi-faceted plan to support them to achieve a successful transition to post-service life.
