I am a compassionate and collaborative counsellor who works from a client-centred, trauma-informed, and neurodiversity-affirming approach. I strive to create a supportive, non-judgmental space where clients feel safe exploring their emotions, relationships, identities, and lived experiences at their own pace.
My work integrates approaches such as Emotion Focused Therapy (EFT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), and Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT) to support clients with anxiety, self-esteem, emotional regulation, relationship challenges, disordered eating, trauma-related concerns, and life transitions. I am passionate about working with neurodivergent individuals and aim to provide care that honours each person’s unique ways of thinking, feeling, processing, and navigating the world.
I value helping clients build self-awareness, strengthen coping strategies, and deepen self-compassion while working toward meaningful and sustainable change. My approach is collaborative and strengths-based, recognizing that many coping patterns and protective strategies developed for important reasons.
I believe therapy is not about “fixing” people, but about creating space for understanding, healing, authenticity, and growth. My goal is to help clients feel more connected to themselves, more empowered in their relationships, and more confident navigating life’s challenges.
