About Me

Lily will be accepting clients in July, 2026!

Beginning therapy can feel like a big step, and I strive to create a space where you feel comfortable, supported, and understood from the very first session. I approach each client with curiosity, compassion, and respect, recognizing the courage it takes to reach out for support.

I am a recent graduate from the Master of Social Work Program at the University of Windsor (2026), and I am eager to begin supporting clients in their therapeutic journeys. I also hold an undergraduate degree in Behaviour, Cognition, and Neuroscience from the University of Windsor (2023), where I developed a strong foundation in understanding human behaviour, mental health, and overall wellbeing. My academic experiences have shaped a thoughtful, evidence-informed approach to supporting individuals through life’s challenges. As a Registered Social Worker with the Ontario College of Social Workers, I am committed to providing ethical, professional, and compassionate services.

I am deeply passionate about working with individuals and supporting meaningful, sustainable change. My background includes working with adolescents and young adults, with a focus on intervention and strengths-based care. Through these experiences, I have developed the ability to build trusting therapeutic relationships, foster a sense of safety and connection, and navigate complex or sensitive topics with empathy, care, and professionalism.

I am trained in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and integrate this evidence-based approach into my work. I also draw on elements from Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT) in sessions. My practice is collaborative and client-centered, grounded in the belief that clients are the experts in their own lives. I aim to create a space that prioritizes empowerment, emotional safety, and respect, where individuals feel heard, understood, and supported in exploring their experiences and working toward meaningful, positive change.

I offer affordable counselling services, with session fees of $120 to individuals aged 16 and older. In-person appointments are available in Windsor, Ontario, and virtual sessions are offered to residents across Ontario.

If you’d like to learn more about my practice and how I can support you, I’d be happy to offer a complimentary 15-minute consultation. Please feel free to reach out at your convenience or book an initial consultation.
